Had an amazing tsukemen here! The broth wasn’t like the usual super-thick kind — it was lighter, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. The noodles had a great chew, and everything came together beautifully. Really delicious and refreshing take on tsukemen. Would definitely come back!
